We currently use UPS and USPS carriers and offer a variety of shipping options.

 

USPS

USPS Ground Advantage - Typically takes 2-5 business days (Non-Urgent)

USPS Priority Mail - Typically takes 1-3 business days (Quicker Shipping)

USPS Priority Mail Express - Next-day to 2-day delivery to most US addresses.

UPS

UPS Ground - Typically takes 1-5 business days (Larger Packages)

UPS 2nd Day Air - Guaranteed delivery by the end of the second business day.

UPS Next Day Air - Guaranteed delivery by the next business day before 12 PM.

UPS Next Day Air Saver - A lower rate delivery by the end of the next business day.

Your order will be processed and shipped out on the next business day.

* Holidays may affect processing and shipping dates. We understand your urgency and strive to get your orders out as soon as possible.

Holidays Include:

Door-Parts is closed on New Year's (Jan 1), Memorial Day (May 26), Independence Day (July 4), Labor Day (Sept 1), Thanksgiving (Nov 27), and Christmas Day (Dec 25).

Shipping & Service Delays

Shipping dates are estimates in accordance with our carriers. If you live in an area experiencing an unexpected service delay. (i.e. severe weather, natural disasters, unscheduled events, etc.), please note there may be additional shipping time to receive your order.

Tracking Your Package

You will receive an email with your tracking number and a link once your order has been processed.  We have also found that Shop is an excellent app to track and receive notifications about your order.

Order Cancellations

At this time we do not allow cancellations on orders. We strive to process and ship out orders as quickly as possible and this leaves minimal time for cancellations. Once you receive your item you can return your item in exchange for a full refund.

Refund Policy

We believe that our products and customer service live up to your expectations. If for any reason you need to return your order, it is easy! All returns need to be before 90 days of receipt of your order. We will refund your order within 14 days of receiving your return. For a return label please contact our customer service on our Contact Us page.

All springs and circuit boards are non-returnable.
