Parts Arrive Protected

30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return...
- your item must be in the same condition that you received it unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
The receipt or proof of purchase, or packing slip helps us locate your order and refund you quicker.
Shipping Labels and Return Costs
If your return is approved...
- We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience. The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund.
- Customers may also choose to ship the return using their own carrier and shipping method at their expense.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned...
- Electronics (such as circuit boards and capacitors)
- Custom Products (such as torsion springs)
- Hazardous Materials (such as flammable liquids, or gases)

Restocking Fee
A 10% restocking fee applies to eligible returned items. This fee is deducted from the refund amount.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item. This allows us to ship out the new/correct items immediately while we wait for the return to arrive.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please Contact Us.
